Privacy policy
1. Controller
Yevgeniy Ponomarchuk, Winsstrasse 24, 10405, Berlin, Deutschland. Email: evgenyponomarchuk@gmail.com
2. Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you visit, technically necessary data such as IP address, time, page and browser type are processed to deliver the site and protect it from attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Analytics with PostHog
We use PostHog (PostHog Inc., EU servers) to understand which pages and features are used. Data is relayed to PostHog through our own domain. We run PostHog in cookieless mode: no cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device (no cookies, local or session storage). To count visits, PostHog computes a hash on its servers from your IP address, browser type and a salt that changes daily, so you cannot be recognised beyond the day. It processes technical data and events such as page views, searches and clicks, based on our legitimate interest in a working, improving service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Local storage in your browser
If you activate Pro, we store the activation status of your licence key in your browser's local storage so you don't have to activate it on every visit. This is strictly necessary for the service you asked for (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). For a price test we also store which price variant you were shown.
5. Maps
Maps load only when you click “Show map”. Then the MapLibre library is loaded from unpkg.com (Cloudflare) and map tiles from OpenFreeMap, which transfers your IP address to these providers. Links to Google Maps open Google's website, where Google's privacy policy applies.
6. Purchases and licence checks
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC) as merchant of record, which processes your payment and billing data under its own responsibility. To activate Pro we send your licence key to the Lemon Squeezy licence API (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
